FORT WORTH, TX (June 18, 2024) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced the filing of a new federal Second Amendment lawsuit, filed in the Northern District of Texas, challenging the constitutionality of federal gun laws prohibiting firearm possession, storage, and carry at post offices and related properties.
