This follows three other gun rights orgs’ similar suits and the injunctions that have been issued blocking ATF enforcement against their members.
Given the fact that tens of millions of pistol braces have been sold over the years, those injunctions no doubt resulted in a lot of new members for the Second Amendment Foundation, Gun Owners of America and the Firearms Policy Coalition.
